A pillar in the Visalia community, Miller Memorial Chapel has provided funeral and cremation services for more than 100 years.

It was established in 1903 by Julius Caesar “A.E.” Brooks as Brooks Funeral Parlor, in 1963, Sam Miller and his wife, Myrtle, purchased the funeral home from Roy Brooks, A.E.’s son, and operated the family funeral business as Miller Memorial Chapel until 1996, when Sam’s sons, Paul and David, sold the funeral home. David remained an integral part of Miller Memorial Chapel until he retired in December 2015.

Miller Memorial Chapel is a peaceful place to remember a life with friends and family. The chapel has a midcentury-modern feel and exposed wood beams. It is the largest in the county and seats up to 350 people. We are proud to uphold a century-old heritage and are committed to helping families for years to come.

The team at Miller Memorial Chapel understands that losing a loved one is a difficult experience, and we are committed to helping you with compassionate, professional and personal care.
