Welcome to The Senior Coalition website. Our mission is to equip healthcare professionals with resources and knowledge, in order to better assist Kings and Tulare County’s seniors and their families in a time of need. We are people connecting people!
We exist to enhance the continuity of care concept to our senior citizens as an integral part of the health care delivery system. The Senior Coalition thrives to provide patient care professionals the resources and solutions to ensure assistance in the continuity of the care process in Tulare and Kings Counties.

Our not for profit organization was established in 2011 with the intent to bring healthcare professionals, senior care vendors and resources and ancillary partners together to network and make a difference for our community.
